I am a trained integrative therapist which means that my approach to our work together will be bespoke, utilising a number of therapeutic models and techniques, ensuring that we can address your individual needs.

I also work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) which is a powerful transformative evidence based model of psychotherapy (more details in Resources).
